Common questions
How do I play?
Drag a rune from your hand onto the 8×8 circle. Complete a full row or column and the spell discharges. Discharge on consecutive moves and the resonance multiplies your score. The run ends when none of the three runes in your hand will fit anywhere — so the real skill is leaving room for the shapes you have not seen yet.
The rune does not land where I drop it.
That is deliberate. A fingertip covers about a 2×2 area of the board, which is exactly when you most need to aim, so the rune is drawn above your finger and snaps to the nearest cell rather than the one under your fingertip. If a placement still feels wrong, tell us the device — the offset is tuned per screen size.
Can I buy shards?
Yes, optionally. Two shard packs (300 and 1,000) and an all-schools unlock are sold as one-time App Store purchases. Shards also come from playing — every run, the daily rite and every trial — and they are what you spend on spells (Rewind, Shatter, Fireball, Reweave, Scry), on restoring a finished run and on the seven schools. Nothing is locked behind a purchase; there are no subscriptions and no ads. The + beside your shard count opens the packs.
I bought something and it did not arrive.
For the all-schools unlock, open Schools and tap Restore purchase. Shard packs are delivered the moment the App Store confirms them; if BLOKO was closed mid-purchase they arrive the next time it opens. Still missing? Email us with your App Store receipt.
Are there ads?
No. There is no advertising of any kind, and no "watch a video to continue".
My high score / shards disappeared.
Progress is stored on your device. On iOS the system can clear a web view's storage when the phone runs low on space, so BLOKO also keeps a second copy in the app's own native storage and restores from it at launch. If something still went missing, write to us with the rough date and score — and please do not delete the app first, because that removes both copies.
Does it work offline?
Always. BLOKO makes no network requests at all, so aeroplane mode changes nothing.
Can I play in Turkish?
Yes. There is a TR / EN switch in settings.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app removes everything it stored. Nothing was ever sent anywhere, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side — see the privacy policy.
