Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up or password. Your device is given an anonymous id and everything you save is tied only to that id.
Does it need an internet connection?
Yes. Notes are turned into structured facts, and suggestions are generated, on a server — so the app needs to be online for those two things.
I entered an allergy. How is that treated?
Health-related notes such as allergies are stored only so the app can warn you in a suggestion. They are never used for advertising or profiling, and are not shared with third parties. Entering them is entirely optional.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. The app has an export option that gives you everything you have saved.
How do I delete my data?
The app has a delete option that removes everything tied to your device id. If you would rather it were done for you, email the address above.
